Another supplement that is popular among body builders and the general public is thermogenics. These supplements raise your metabolic rate. This causes your body to burn fat more readily. These can be effective for weight loss by non body builders. The FDA has recently banned certain types of thermogenics, such as Ephedra, for use as a weight loss supplement. Protesters of the ban argue that the thermogenic is not to blame for any injury or death. It was misuse by the consumer. There are other thermogenics on the market, which are perfectly safe to use if the directions are followed carefully. If used cautiously and correctly, they remain a great supplement to build muscle and reduce body fat.
